1. How long does shipping take?

All HighLow shirts are made to order. Once you place an order, I first order the blank shirts, which takes an extra 1-2 days. After that, I design and print them myself. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipping. Shipping times vary based on your location.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

Since each shirt is custom-made, all sales are final unless there is a defect or an issue with your order. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact me within 2 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right.

3. How do your shirts fit?

I use high-quality shirts. They have a slim, modern fit. If you prefer a looser fit, I recommend sizing up. A size chart is available on each product page.

4. Do you offer custom orders or bulk discounts?

Right now, I focus on my own designs, but if you’re interested in a bulk order (10+ shirts), feel free to reach out, and I’ll see what I can do!
